About the role
- Develop and manage suppliers, monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring compliance with established standards;
- Conduct performance analyses of suppliers and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting decision-making;
- Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy of information, competitiveness, and alignment with internal requirements;
- Maintain direct contact with internal clients, providing technical and operational support, resolving queries and aligning demands;
- Control and update indicators and records in internal systems, ensuring traceability of information;
- Act proactively in problem resolution, ensuring clear communication, agility, and efficiency in handling deviations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced English — proficiency will be tested;
- Experience with presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) — a plus.
