About the role

  • Develop and manage suppliers, monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring compliance with established standards;
  • Conduct performance analyses of suppliers and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting decision-making;
  • Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy of information, competitiveness, and alignment with internal requirements;
  • Maintain direct contact with internal clients, providing technical and operational support, resolving queries and aligning demands;
  • Control and update indicators and records in internal systems, ensuring traceability of information;
  • Act proactively in problem resolution, ensuring clear communication, agility, and efficiency in handling deviations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields;
  • Intermediate to advanced English — proficiency will be tested;
  • Experience with presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) — a plus.
