About the role

  • Development of media plans;
  • Management and control of the company's and/or clients' budgets;
  • Monitoring key KPIs and recommending campaign optimizations as needed;
  • Preparation of reports in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Client communication;
  • Competitor research and a strategic mindset in defining target audiences and segments;
  • Managing and executing tactical planning together with the execution team (performance and platforms);
  • Ongoing monitoring, adjustments, and generation of insights throughout campaigns;
  • Budget tracking and billing;

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating and presenting reports;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital media platforms: Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Verizon, etc.;
  • Understanding of the media market, ad formats, and specifications;
  • Experience with media buying;
  • Knowledge of programmatic media;
  • Hands-on experience tracking results, KPIs, reporting, analysis, and optimization;
  • Experience planning influencer networks/campaigns;

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau, etc.);
