  • Scale Enterprise Sales motion in the market and internally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams
  • Proven sales experience with enterprise customers, including custom development solutions, long sales cycles, and multiple buyer groups
  • A builder’s mindset: attract top talent, develop high performers, and create repeatable success
  • Experience in creating sales playbooks focusing on goal attainment and scaling
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and leading consultative, solution-based Enterprise sales professionals
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline inspection, and sales operations skills
