About the role

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise implementation projects, managing everything from contracting and discovery to solution delivery and handover to Success and Support teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address risks proactively to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Build strong relationships as the primary client contact during implementation.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and align on goals.
  • Present tailored solutions, showcasing their alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design bespoke, scalable solutions for complex challenges, including multi-product and new use-case scenarios.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical and business requirements while adhering to best practices.
  • Act as a key liaison between Commercial teams (Sales and Success) and Product & Technology (P&T) teams, driving alignment and seamless execution.
  • Lead internal scoping sessions, clearly communicating project goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving delivery frameworks and tools.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and technology.
  • Lead internal initiatives to drive innovation and best practices.
  • Mentor Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, and other team members, with opportunities to take on direct management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Miro, project management platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact enterprise projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior colleagues and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse team environments.
