Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and align on goals.
Present tailored solutions, showcasing their alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design bespoke, scalable solutions for complex challenges, including multi-product and new use-case scenarios.
Ensure all deliverables meet technical and business requirements while adhering to best practices.
Act as a key liaison between Commercial teams (Sales and Success) and Product & Technology (P&T) teams, driving alignment and seamless execution.
Lead internal scoping sessions, clearly communicating project goals, requirements, and timelines.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving delivery frameworks and tools.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and technology.
Lead internal initiatives to drive innovation and best practices.
Mentor Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, and other team members, with opportunities to take on direct management responsibilities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, or similar client-facing roles.
Proficiency with tools such as Miro, project management platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel.
A proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact enterprise projects.
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
The ability to deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior colleagues and managing cross-functional initiatives.
