Responsibilities
Define the architecture, governance, and integration strategy for adopting AI development tools
Ensure AI tools are implemented securely, responsibly, and at scale
Provide the technical blueprint for integrating AI tools into the development ecosystem
Establish the enterprise architecture vision and standards for AI-powered development tools
Define integration approaches for AI tools with existing platforms
Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure responsible AI use
Develop governance frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption
Create reference architectures and best-practice workflows for embedding AI tools
Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to ensure scalability, security, and consistency
Evaluate and recommend emerging AI development tools
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles
Deep understanding of software development practices, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
Proven experience integrating third-party tools into enterprise development environments
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and emerging AI productivity platforms
Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance requirements related to AI usage
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
