About the role

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise-level app publishers
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for renewed contracts, including multi-year agreements and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams on the publisher side
  • Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B tech account management
  • 3+ years managing enterprise accounts in loyalty programs, delivery, quick-service restaurants, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility apps
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts, exceeding annual targets of $5M+
  • Excellent analytical skills to connect disparate data points into strategic insights
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with product, legal, and data security teams
