Responsibilities
Architect and ambassador of our network
You are the strategic mind behind our care network.
Proactively identify and recruit physicians and psychotherapists to close gaps in care
Design attractive compensation models that allow physicians and psychotherapists to deliver high-quality care without bureaucracy and to work in a financially fair way for the patient
Contract management: negotiate and conclude agreements with service providers while taking regulatory frameworks into account.
Build and oversee a KPI-driven evaluation system (quality, case volumes, patient satisfaction, ...)
Continuously advance partners through innovative quality management measures
Requirements
Successfully completed degree (Business Administration, Health Economics, Nursing Management) or an equivalent qualification with a solid understanding of the German healthcare system
Several years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, sales or partner management – ideally at a KV (regional physicians' association), a health insurer, a hospital group, or in medtech/pharma
You are numbers-oriented, a confident negotiator, and able to establish win–win business cases.
You enjoy acquisition. You can listen, understand the concerns of practice owners, and persuade them to support our vision through a compelling value proposition.
