Enterprise Account Executive leading strategic sales in the DACH region for AI technology company. Engaging with executives to drive enterprise relationships and solutions in the field of voice AI.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities, particularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution and handoff to Customer Success.
Understand client pain points, map business requirements, and design tailored AI automation solutions that deliver ROI.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Operations, Innovation, and IT leaders).
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment between client needs and our product roadmap.
Nurture strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Contribute to Synthflow’s enterprise GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and account-based engagement approach.
Requirements
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling. Proven success exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments.
Fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+) — both are required for this role.
Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies.
Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows.
Skilled at developing trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
A self-starter with a bias for action, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate autonomously.
