About the role

  • Enterprise Account Executive leading strategic sales in the DACH region for AI technology company. Engaging with executives to drive enterprise relationships and solutions in the field of voice AI.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities, particularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Understand client pain points, map business requirements, and design tailored AI automation solutions that deliver ROI.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Operations, Innovation, and IT leaders).
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment between client needs and our product roadmap.
  • Nurture strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to Synthflow’s enterprise GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and account-based engagement approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling. Proven success exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+) — both are required for this role.
  • Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows.
  • Skilled at developing trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate autonomously.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and bring ideas that elevate the whole team.
