About the role

  • Set up, develop and grow the entire e-commerce of LEAP Commerce for assigned beauty brands
  • Drive brand performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage brand stores
  • Responsible for brand P&L, budgeting, negotiating and implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
  • Work closely with stakeholders (warehouse, finance, marketing, data science & external teams) to optimize store operations and business efficiency
  • Build optimal price, promotion and assortment strategies for brands
  • Data reporting and presentation to key brand stakeholders
  • Demand planning and forecasting using tools and data analytics
  • Build relationships with brand principals, brand management teams and marketplaces
  • Analyse data and trends to identify ways to maximize revenue and margins
  • Develop processes and tools to improve scalability across markets
  • Train and develop other e-commerce team members across the markets
  • Perform any other tasks as required by the business, company and brand

Requirements

  • eCommerce/retail (minimum 4 years) with experience managing Tiktok is a plus
  • Operations experience
  • Project management
  • Client management
  • Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus
