Manages company’s global e-shops and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure an excellent service delivery to online customers
Maintains and updates company’s websites
Conducts continuous website testing, identifies functionality issues, and coordinates with the technical team to ensure timely resolutions
Plans and executes email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated workflows, to engage and retain customers
Oversees the company’s blog, ensuring regular publication of engaging and relevant content
Contributes to the execution of digital marketing initiatives and support the achievement of e-commerce sales targets
Compiles and analyzes sales data and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance
Requirements
Degree in E-commerce Management Science and Technology, Marketing, Communication, or related field
Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing would be consider as an asset
2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sector
Excellent knowledge of English; Additional foreign languages will be considered an asset
Experienced with CMS platforms, understanding of eCommerce technologies and E-business Intelligence Systems
Good knowledge of Google Analytics
Excellent oral and written communication and numeric skills
