About the role

  • Meet customers and introduce Kemira products.
  • Secure trial orders and establish Kemira products at customer sites.
  • Convert trial orders into regular orders.
  • Manage manpower at customer sites and effectively optimize chemical dosages.
  • Send regular monthly performance reports to customers and the Kemira team.
  • Perform sales analysis, comparisons, and market share data analysis.
  • Provide IBP forecast.
  • Grow Kemira business in the western region.
  • Maintain good customer relations and achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • > 10 years proven Sales & Marketing experience within the Pulp & Paper Industry with a key focus on the Indian market.
  • Proven Sales and Commercial experience.
  • Team leadership experience (advantage).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good team cooperation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Good Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Positive attitude to building a business.
  • Based in West India (role will be based in West India).
