About the role

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Salesforce clouds
  • Collaborate with sales teams to position and sell Signature Success plans
  • Drive Signature Success revenue growth
  • Facilitate qualification, solution fit, pipeline progression, deal cycle participation, account reviews, and value assessments
  • Provide product feedback based on active field sales engagement

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 3+ years experience in Technical Sales, Presales/Solution Consulting, Professional Services, or Technical Support
  • Essential Salesforce product knowledge (Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Tableau)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
