- Atlassian Solutions Consultant supporting companies in agile process establishment and IT landscape future-proofing. Advising on Jira, Confluence, and related tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Advising companies on the introduction and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket.
- Developing tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept to implementation.
- Conducting engaging workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for Atlassian tools and agile methods.
- Analyzing complex requirements and producing concepts that deliver real added value.
- Supporting migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integrating solutions into existing IT landscapes.
- Collaborating with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ideally also Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a process-oriented way of working.
- Excellent German and very good English skills.
- Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one.
