About the role

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for B2B sales and report to the CEO.
  • Build and shape a strong sales team of approximately 20 people, provide targeted coaching and drive new hires.
  • Develop modern sales strategies, optimize structures and tools, and set new benchmarks.
  • Transform the sales organization from a reactive inbound approach to a dynamic, proactive outbound approach.
  • Expand the network and deepen partnerships; provide strategic management of key accounts.
  • Professionalize the CRM system and establish KPI-based sales management.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience building and leading outbound-oriented sales teams.
  • Existing network in the office furnishings sector (advantageous).
  • Solid knowledge in selling office furnishings (e.g., office furniture, acoustics, lighting, floor coverings).
  • Proven track record in change management and sales transformation.
  • Experience building teams, processes and systems.
  • Strong affinity for CRM and ERP systems, ideally with experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Lead teams with clear KPIs and modern methods (e.g., OKRs).
  • Willingness to work on-site 2–3 days per week.
