- Design and execute comprehensive research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX researchers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and fintech
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the UX research practice
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in user experience research and design
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
- Expertise in various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
- Proficiency with UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Figma)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
