About the role

  • Identify and secure new enterprise accounts and expand relationships within existing customers
  • Position Solace as a critical enabler of traditional EDA and next-generation AI-driven initiatives
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers to demonstrate Solace’s platform
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans addressing pipeline, revenue, profit margin, client wallet share, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish and negotiate complex deals
  • Build strong client relationships at both working and executive levels and establish long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Act as a self-starting “hunter” responsible for pipeline building and revenue attainment

Requirements

  • Consultative selling
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships
  • Proven ability to close large, complex deals in the Banking and Capital Market sectors
  • Track record in selling middleware products, solutions, and services
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients
  • Ability to pull together a team and lead complex negotiations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space
  • Proven track record of sales success in other IT companies
  • Familiarity with MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales process
  • Willingness to travel as much as 30% of their time (2-3 days a week)
  • Experience navigating complex, consultative sales cycles within large financial organizations in the US
  • Legally able to work in the US without sponsorship (application question)
