Build and lead the Dental sales team in prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new dental clients for our digital marketing and website design services
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the dental market, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the dental vertical, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the dental industry to drive customer acquisition and retention
Maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing and Canvas® Platform product offerings tailored to the dental sector, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the dental market
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
Manage sales budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support sales initiatives and maximize ROI
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling digital marketing services and website design solutions, preferably within the dental industry
Previous experience in sales management or team leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, website design concepts, and industry best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Preferably Salesforce)
Ability to travel as needed.
