About the role

  • Build and lead the Dental sales team in prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new dental clients for our digital marketing and website design services
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the dental market, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the dental vertical, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the dental industry to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing and Canvas® Platform product offerings tailored to the dental sector, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the dental market
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Manage sales budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support sales initiatives and maximize ROI
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling digital marketing services and website design solutions, preferably within the dental industry
  • Previous experience in sales management or team leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, website design concepts, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel as needed.
