Responsibilities
Manages staff and provides guidance, training and motivation.
Follows corporate disciplinary procedures.
Sets performance standards and reviews performance.
Leads a team of sales trainers and develops their expertise.
Partners with senior leadership to execute the division's sales strategy.
Manages training delivery and oversees the training team.
Tracks and reports training metrics such as attendance and certification pass rates.
Owns stakeholder management for training and delivery programs.
Requirements
Minimum of five years related work experience.
Previous people leadership experience required.
Prior experience in a sales organization and sales training preferred.
Must be experienced in developing and executing sales training delivery strategies.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
