About the role

  • Manager of Sales Training Delivery overseeing staff development and training programs at Vanguard. Leading training delivery and managing metrics in a hybrid role between Malvern, PA and remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manages staff and provides guidance, training and motivation.
  • Follows corporate disciplinary procedures.
  • Sets performance standards and reviews performance.
  • Leads a team of sales trainers and develops their expertise.
  • Partners with senior leadership to execute the division's sales strategy.
  • Manages training delivery and oversees the training team.
  • Tracks and reports training metrics such as attendance and certification pass rates.
  • Owns stakeholder management for training and delivery programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Previous people leadership experience required.
  • Prior experience in a sales organization and sales training preferred.
  • Must be experienced in developing and executing sales training delivery strategies.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
