About the role

  • Senior Manager responsible for client relationship management and growth in the retirement sector. Leading efforts to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales targets across the west coast market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth and nurturing of the west coast mid-large market client book in the retirement business
  • Accountable for growing lifetime value with existing clients
  • Driving client satisfaction and delivering on sales goals
  • Client retention & satisfaction and building commercial capabilities across the team
  • Manages staff and provides guidance, coaching, training, and motivation as necessary to develop staff
  • Responsible for retention, satisfaction, and growth of clients within their assigned segment
  • Coaches crew to strategically navigate organizations with a strong commercial orientation
  • Responsible for setting a clear growth and retention strategy for assigned market segment

Requirements

  • Eight years financial services experience
  • At least four years in a senior level client or prospect relationship role
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)
