About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Account Management team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Define job levels, responsibilities, and development roadmaps for Account Managers.
  • Oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, PMO, Studios) to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, forecasting, and contract management.
  • Monitor financial performance across accounts, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and P&Ls.
  • Support studio growth by identifying opportunities to increase capacity and billable headcount.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on client portfolio health, studio performance, and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in client relationship management and strategic partnerships.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
