About the role

  • Director supporting oncology division by driving optimal patient access for innovative therapies. Leading evidence generation strategy and managing health economics research within the Global Access & Value team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs
  • Develop and execute the clinical outcomes assessment strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of the Value & Evidence Strategy
  • Lead the design and execution of global HEOR studies
  • Lead the timely development of reimbursement deliverables
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for dissemination of HEOR materials
  • Develop strategic partnerships and research collaborations

Requirements

  • Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
  • 7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or relevant related fields
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of fundamental health services research methods and tools
  • Capable of independently managing complex non-interventional study projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of drug development process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess anticipated value for projects/programs
