Responsibilities
Responsible for the oversight and preparation, coordination, and documentation of complex financial analysis projects.
Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
Creates program/service line proforma’s/models to assess their existing sustainability and impact of program changes.
Provides financial analysis and assessment of new/potential programs and expansion of existing program business opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
Supports budget planning and development activities around new/modified business opportunities.
Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports.
Analyzes financial data and provides forecasting support to senior leadership and leadership team.
Promotes staff retention through policy expectations related to staff supervision, professional development, formal recognition, and teambuilding.
Requirements
Bachelors or better in Accounting.
Bachelors or better in Business Administration.
Bachelors or better in Business Economics.
Bachelors or better in Finance.
