About the role
- Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Easterseals MORC responsible for financial oversight and complex analysis. Collaborating with teams to support strategic initiatives and budget planning.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight and preparation, coordination, and documentation of complex financial analysis projects.
- Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
- Creates program/service line proforma’s/models to assess their existing sustainability and impact of program changes.
- Provides financial analysis and assessment of new/potential programs and expansion of existing program business opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
- Supports budget planning and development activities around new/modified business opportunities.
- Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports.
- Analyzes financial data and provides forecasting support to senior leadership and leadership team.
- Promotes staff retention through policy expectations related to staff supervision, professional development, formal recognition, and teambuilding.
Requirements
- Bachelors or better in Accounting.
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration.
