Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree desirable.
- Professional certification (CPA/CA) preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in accounting and finance, including experience working in a global environment and managing people and processes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience including influencing senior management and critical stakeholders.
- Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions and work collaboratively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
