Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for OPEX and CAPEX committees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Create and automate management reports and dashboards to monitor OPEX and CAPEX by area, cost center and vendor.
- Work across the full planning cycle: budget, forecast and 3YP (three-year plan).
- Control and analyze operational expenses (OPEX) and capital investments (CAPEX), with a focus on accuracy and governance.
- Allocate costs and expenses by project, product and cost center, leveraging tools such as SAP S/4HANA and SAC Planning.
- Collaborate with areas such as Technology, HR, Legal, Logistics and Marketing to align targets and expense allocations by product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Strong experience in financial planning, with emphasis on consolidation and control of OPEX and CAPEX.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA and SAC Planning).
- Knowledge of zero-based budgeting and matrix expense management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and process automation.
