Responsibilities
Under Global leadership, manage multiple and complex categories for Major Capital Equipment (MCE) including High Voltage systems
Accountable for the category plan and managing performance closely with leadership
Leads global standardization and regional productization of high-voltage products
Establishes and delivers technical, engineering and procurement deliverables
Drive cross-functional technical engagements with stakeholders
Manage full lifecycle of projects: scope definition, proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and quality assurance
Lead vendor management strategy to reduce and consolidate global vendors
Cultivate and manage strategic internal and vendor relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
12+ years of experience in HV switchgear, substation design, and/or power generation systems
Proven track record in consulting, engineering design, and execution of large-scale utility or industrial power projects
Strong knowledge of grid interconnection standards, utility planning practices, and regulatory requirements
Experience with product development in HV electrical equipment and systems integration
Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams, budgets, and project execution across multiple locations
Excellent client-facing, communication, and business development skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 30%)
