About the role
- Lead design and deployment of advanced AI solutions for Pfizer’s digital supply chain transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and innovate AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and technical deployment of advanced AI solutions across the enterprise
- Define and implement AI strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the design and deployment of AI models, algorithms, and pipelines for production environments
- Mentor and manage AI engineers, data scientists, and MLOps specialists
- Partner with product owners, data teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, multimodal AI, RAG, Agentic AI)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker)
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Strong technical knowledge with Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced ML techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and stakeholder management
- Team management and mentorship; the ability to develop and manage a high performing team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
