Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in product management, e-commerce, or digital platforms, with proven success in delivering large-scale, guest-facing digital products.
Deep knowledge of digital commerce platforms, mobile/web development, personalization, and service-oriented architecture.
Strong track record of using data and consumer insights to inform product strategy and optimize performance.
Experience leading within a complex, matrixed global organization, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to define product vision, set strategy, and drive execution at scale.
History of innovation—introducing new digital capabilities that improve both guest experience and business outcomes.
Experience building and mentoring diverse product teams, fostering growth and professional development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
