About the role
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT products with Vodafone, managing development and aligning strategies. Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative technology solutions across corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision to agile teams and stakeholders
- Hold accountability for the success of the product throughout its lifecycle
- Ensure end-to-end solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with strategic architecture
- Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and validate deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for product requirements and objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support decision-making processes
- Oversee data lifecycle management and ensure resilience and performance in design
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT systems within corporate functions
- Skilled in identifying opportunities for technological change and managing organisational transformation
- Proven ability to lead through change and ensure successful adoption of new technologies or processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align with strategic roadmaps
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving business improvements through technology implementation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT or technology services
- Strategic mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Understanding of Microsoft products and cloud platforms (O365, Copilot, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud architecture principles (elasticity, scalability, high availability)
