About the role

  • Assistant Product Manager aiding in global logistics and packaging support at Cencora. Managing vendor onboarding and packaging initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio development – Support evaluation and onboarding of new vendors and packaging solutions at a global and regional level
  • Project management – Drive management and execution of specific packaging-specific initiatives including product launches
  • Portfolio support – Create and maintain key resources used to position packaging products with customers
  • Account support – Provide second-line support to key customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive proven experience in product management, product marketing, project management, operations management, or a related role
  • Experience with physical products, healthcare, or packaging is a plus.
  • Systems thinking mindset
  • Independent problem-solver
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across global teams
  • Analytical, with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving logistics environment and adapting to evolving priorities
