Degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of professional experience
4+ years of management experience
Deep understanding of HR data & fields
In-depth understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and compliance requirements
Excellent project management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and quality assessment techniques
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data management tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with auditors and ensuring compliance with data-related regulations and policies
