  • Lead the strategy and maintenance of HR data governance

  • Drive improvements in data management

  • Manage HR data catalog and conduct regular quality assessments

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Deep understanding of HR data & fields
  • In-depth understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and quality assessment techniques
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with auditors and ensuring compliance with data-related regulations and policies
