About the role

  • Technology Coordinator at Evertec managing change processes and daily IT application operations. Requires fluency in English and strong governance experience in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end change management process, including change requests
  • Impact analysis documentation
  • Approvals and tracking
  • Ensure all changes comply with internal procedures, audit requirements and governance rules
  • Coordinate change schedules and communications between technical and business teams
  • Maintain accurate records in change management systems (e.g., ITSM tools)
  • Support the day-to-day management of business and IT applications
  • Maintain documentation, inventories and application lifecycle records
  • Manage risks, dependencies and compliance requirements related to applications
  • Prepare, organize and maintain: process documents
  • Approval forms
  • Evidence for audits and compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reports, spreadsheets and tools
  • Use AI tools to: automate repetitive administrative tasks
  • Improve efficiency in documentation and reporting
  • Support workflow optimization
  • Work collaboratively with AI agents and automated routines, following established guidelines
  • Identify simple processes that can be automated and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IT change management and/or application support concepts
  • Experience with: documentation; forms; and operating in process-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems or workflow platforms (preferred, not required)
  • Knowledge of programming languages, AI tools, automation or digital assistants
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with policies, procedures and bureaucratic environments
  • Ability to follow structured processes while seeking efficiency improvements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a technology governance environment
  • Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
  • Native or fluent English
