  • Supporting advisors and sales teams nationally by providing comprehensive technology training and support
  • Launching, training, and supporting digital tools
  • Proactively developing relationships and growing the usage of digital tools
  • Identifying best practices for internal technology training delivery
  • Engaging in actions that align with PPI’s ESG commitments

Requirements

  • Advanced level of the English and French language required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven experience driving sales through the use of digital tools and training
  • Proven ability to be a strategic partner focusing on sales and business goals
  • Demonstrated understanding of insurance industry and marketplace products
  • Proven ability to work as a team and independently as a self-starter
  • Experience providing engaging training while presenting in person and virtually
  • Existing knowledge and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies
