About the role

  • Optimize key customer journeys to increase traffic, maximize sales and improve conversion rates
  • Track and report category-specific digital metrics
  • Use CX tools to analyze customer behavior and insights
  • Collaborate with the digital merchandiser to align with the category's digital strategy
  • Improve the user experience (UX) through A/B tests and other experiments
  • Work closely with product, marketing and digital teams
  • Create product copy to communicate key features and support SEO performance
  • Identify competitor and market trends

Requirements

  • Proven customer-centric approach across all aspects of the role
  • Experience in customer management
  • Strong communication skills and commercial/business acumen
  • Solid knowledge of B2B e-commerce
  • Experience in digital marketing, including content creation, copywriting, e-commerce, SEM, SEO and online customer journeys
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for continuous improvement
