About the role

  • Drive and optimize SMS and USSD campaigns based on KPI requirements.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our integrated digital and BTL marketing campaigns, including programmatic & display advertising campaigns as well as social media.
  • Develop campaign strategies and plans for multiple products and services offered to our clients for a focus not only on acquisition but also engagement KPIs.
  • Manage always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns for multiple digital products and services on a daily basis.
  • Develop and maintaining a social media presence for key services across all channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Evaluate important campaign metrics that affect our website traffic, revenue targets, and target audience.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of website, marketing and BI analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Matomo).
  • Demonstrable experience in leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementationOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of SMS campaigns as well as various digital and BTL marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Digital marketing.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments preferred.
