Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate and business development objectives
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including content planning and development
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft compelling internal and external posts, graphics, videos, case studies, and more
Create, distribute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Support internal communication initiatives through the creation and distribution of digital content
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience managing external and internal websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns
Ability to create or refine basic graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Knowledge of email marketing tools
Proficient in collaboration tools and content creation with Microsoft 365
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, digital performance metrics and page optimization
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships across teams
Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing demands and meet deadlines consistently
Experience in professional services or the AEC industry is preferred
