Responsibilities
Gathers, synthesizes, and applies digital insights to form strategies
Leads strategy development and delivery of digital marketing to various audiences across multiple digital channels
Communicates digital strategies to business partners and stakeholders on a regular basis
Ensures alignment of digital media and messaging across all channels
Develops success metrics, and tracks performance against goals and budget
Leverages Media Mix Modeling and Cross-Channel Attribution tools for reporting and optimization recommendations
Manages the digital tools and technologies, data management platform (DMP)
Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership for adoption
Develops test-and-learn strategies as appropriate
Ensures digital strategies conform to risk and security standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Three (3) years of experience in consumer advertising strategies, preferably in digital and/or high technology
One (1) year working with a Data Management Platform (DMP), managing data and building audiences
Experience executing out of home, print, radio, and television campaigns
Experience in the oversight and management of media campaigns across several channels
Advanced understanding of digital marketing including display, email, mobile, native, retargeting, search, social and video
