Responsibilities

  • Development, management and optimization of our digital campaign strategy
  • Planning and execution of paid social and Google Ads campaigns with a clear focus on new customer acquisition
  • Coordination of national online marketing campaigns for our restaurants
  • Analysis of campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identification of concrete optimization measures
  • Managing external agencies and monitoring timing, budget and achievement of goals
  • Close collaboration with website, webshop, email and social media teams
  • Monitoring new digital channels, evaluating their potential and developing strategic approaches
  • Holistic campaign thinking rather than channel-by-channel
  • Bridging brand and performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or a performance-driven company
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • KPI-driven work approach and creation of structured, easy-to-understand reports
  • Understanding of customer journeys and consistent alignment of digital touchpoints
  • Experience in managing agencies and in project management
  • Analytical, data-driven and strategic thinking
  • Structured and independent working style with high initiative
  • Active tracking of digital trends and continuous professional development.
