About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for media campaign setup and optimization in an online marketing firm. Analyzing performance and developing strategies for digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for our operating business from media campaign setup, implementation, operation and optimization to the preparation of client reports
  • With curiosity, patience and pragmatism you keep on learning more about the deeper logic of digital marketing and real time advertising
  • You use your operational expertise and support the strategic team in developing strategies and campaign concepts for customers
  • You will focus on the performance of the digital campaigns and derive recommendations for their further development and optimization
  • Analyzing campaign results and preparing them in reports and presentations
  • You will stay in touch with your customers, media agencies and our internal strategic team
  • With the goal to further develop our internal monitoring and controlling solutions and to improve our client communication, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • You have relevant practical experience in online marketing, are passionate about digital advertising and its analytical side
  • You hold a degree in marketing, media, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • You have a proven track record with tools and technologies such as Facebook Ads Manager and Ads Reporting, Google AdWords or other Tracking and Bid Management systems
  • You enjoy to combine your excellent understanding of numbers and exceptional analytical skills with your friendly and eloquent style of communication
  • Your way of working is systematic, well structured and independent in every respect
  • For you, customer orientation and service mentality are not just empty phrases, transparent work is no exception, and your communication is direct and honest
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
