About the role

  • Responsible for generating high-quality leads for our network of solar panel and heat pump installers
  • Plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns that support the UK’s transition to cleaner energy
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social—owning both strategy and execution
  • Develop and execute Local SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic lead volume
  • Conduct keyword research, write briefs for content creation, and make technical SEO recommendations
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Work with internal and external teams (designers, developers) to implement site updates and conversion improvement
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to understand lead quality and sales conversion feedback
  • Own reporting on lead volumes, CPL, conversion rates, and other key KPIs; provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support local marketing initiatives for installer brands where needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience running lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO (both on-page and technical)
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and working towards CPL and CPA targets
  • Confident using GA4, Google Search Console, and campaign management platforms
  • Data-led, results-focused mindset
  • Naturally curious and proactive, with a willingness to test new ideas and approaches
  • Comfortable taking on new challenges beyond day-to-day tasks
  • (Extra credit) Hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar
  • (Extra credit) Experience in CRO and landing page optimisation
