About the role

  • Plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple regions and platforms, from setting KPIs to full execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with business development teams to design and run digital campaigns that support lead generation initiatives and tradeshows
  • Competitor tracking and analysis, understanding industry trends
  • Manage and enhance marketing automation tools, workflows and email campaigns using HubSpot and related platforms
  • Drive SEM initiatives in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign performance, create, test and optimize to improve performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in digital marketing/PPC
  • BA- an advantage
  • Expertise in marketing automation and digital tools such as Google tag manger, Google analytics, HubSpot, Instapage, Hotjar and Office Suite
  • Proven success in setting up and optimizing LinkedIn, Google Ads and Facebook campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, with experience in lead generation and funnel optimization
  • Content-oriented with excellent writing skills, able to craft compelling creative concepts for campaigns
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • SEO/SEM knowledge with a track record of improving website visibility and traffic
  • Collaborative team player, hands-on, detail-oriented, and fluent in English at a native level
  • Up to date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
