Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role in IT Consulting/ IT Software, with a clear track record of exceeding targets. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly preferred.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Leadership Acumen: Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be fully proficient in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
  • Bonus Skill: Proficiency in additional languages or experience with CRM software is a strong advantage.
