About the role

  • Optimize our websites to serve as lead generation engines.
  • Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that result in measurable MQLs.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation strategies, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush) to gather insights, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, especially sales.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, WordPress, and social media ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related areas are a plus.
