Responsibilities
Support the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid media), ensuring schedules and targets are met;
Contribute to the creation and optimization of content for communication channels;
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with KPIs and actionable insights for improvement;
Assist in managing and updating marketing databases, ensuring the quality of information;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities;
Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure integration and alignment of marketing activities.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite;
Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts;
Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation;
Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Jira Software;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills;
Analytical ability, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset;
Interest in innovation and continuous learning;
Advantage: Prior experience, even as an intern, in digital marketing, agencies, or technology companies.
