Responsibilities
Develop and execute visual content strategies aligned with marketing objectives, editorial calendars, and brand messaging.
Oversee the end-to-end production of video and image assets — from storyboarding and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visual content supports and enhances campaign goals across all channels.
Maintain a strong and consistent digital presence by managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging audiences across social media and owned platforms.
Manage visual production workflows and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring content is well-organised and easily accessible.
Lead creative direction for photoshoots, video production, and multimedia campaigns.
Support live event coverage and adapt visual content for multiple formats — including short-form, long-form, and live video content such as reels and stories.
Monitor and report on visual content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in photography, video production, and digital content innovation to ensure best-in-class output.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience creating, producing, and editing image and video content for digital marketing or social media.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of multimedia projects and storytelling approaches.
Understanding of content optimisation, digital distribution, SEO fundamentals, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
Experience using analytics tools to track content performance and inform creative decisions.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in media production, visual arts, marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience with animation, motion graphics, or advanced photographic techniques.
Proven success collaborating with external production partners or creative agencies.
