About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the Commission’s digital engagement systems
  • Develop, publish and maintain digital content using CMS platforms (including Drupal)
  • Monitor digital performance using analytics tools
  • Support digital education resources and multimedia content
  • Contribute to coordinated engagement strategies

Requirements

  • Strong communication and digital content skills
  • Experience in communications, digital media or public sector environments
  • Collaborative and customer-focused communicator
  • Skilled at using contemporary digital platforms
  • Experience in developing and managing digital content and communications products
