About the role

  • Perform check processing including RDC check review, check file processing, check exceptions and dishonored checks.
  • Perform ACH processing including daily processing of ACH files, ACH origination setup and maintenance, ACH disputes and ACH research.
  • Provide telephone, Teams, and email support to external and internal members; field inquiries and fulfill requests.
  • Troubleshoot errors or out-of-balance conditions and suggest procedure changes and updates.
  • Ensure proper resolution of deceased member relationships including communication with Estate Representatives, Trustees, and surviving family members.
  • IRA review, support and maintenance including quality control reports, processing IRA transfers and death disbursements, and supporting retail team and members.
  • Deposit account integrity reviews including quality control, fiduciary relationships, business accounts, powers of attorney and compliance reviews.
  • Wire processing including incoming wire posting and outgoing wire review and processing.
  • Perform miscellaneous research pertaining to rules, compliance, errors, and out-of-balance conditions to support Deposit Operations tasks.
  • Comply with all company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Favorable Background, Credit, Criminal, Bondability, and Reference Checks required. (Motor Vehicle check dependent on position.)
  • Must Comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • Exhibits excellent attention to detail, organization, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Travel to other branches or locations as required.
  • Ability to refocus attention effectively on daily tasks after disruption.
  • ADA physical requirements: occasional lifting up to 10 lbs, ability to climb/descend stairs in emergency, operate routine office equipment, perform computer work 6-8 hours/day, work extended hours or travel when required.
