About the role

  • Receives and records work orders to Field employees based on customer requests
  • Selects and dispatches field personnel for assignments
  • Verifies job conformance to customer requirements
  • Keeps all parties informed during the course of the assignment
  • Prepares and issues job orders and lab instructions
  • Coordinates paper flow throughout the office

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • More than 5 years experience as an Inspector or similar
  • Knowledge of company HS&E procedures and associated governmental regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees
