Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex cross-functional initiatives that advance company priorities, from scoping through implementation.
- Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured workstreams, define success metrics, and develop data-informed solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes, design scalable solutions, and institutionalize improvements across pricing, monetization, and GTM motions (e.g. promotions).
- Partner with data teams to analyze performance and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs that measure the impact of programs and drive accountability across teams.
- Influence and align stakeholders across deal desk, product, sales, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and business outcomes are achieved.
- Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks, communicating insights, and leading the adoption of better ways of working.
- Create executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related analytical role in enterprise software.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear business narratives.
