Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex cross-functional initiatives that advance company priorities, from scoping through implementation.
Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured workstreams, define success metrics, and develop data-informed solutions.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes, design scalable solutions, and institutionalize improvements across pricing, monetization, and GTM motions (e.g. promotions).
Partner with data teams to analyze performance and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs that measure the impact of programs and drive accountability across teams.
Influence and align stakeholders across deal desk, product, sales, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution and timely delivery of initiatives.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and business outcomes are achieved.
Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks, communicating insights, and leading the adoption of better ways of working.
Create executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives.
Requirements
BA/BS degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree strongly preferred.
7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related analytical role in enterprise software.
