About the role

  • Customer Support Representative onboarding craftsmen to the digital platform Craftnote. Building long-term customer relationships and providing support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Make onboarding easy: with webinars and trainings (remote and on-site) you prepare our customers optimally to use Craftnote.
  • Design customer experiences: you analyze what our customers need and develop targeted measures.
  • You maintain and develop long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
  • At trade shows and on-site trainings you meet our (potential) customers in person.
  • In daily exchanges you identify where our customers can be even more successful with Craftnote.
  • You answer questions by phone, email or via our ticketing system (Zendesk) and assist with using our software.

Requirements

  • You have previous experience in customer service—ideally in onboarding and support.
  • You have a technical understanding and experience working with systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • You understand customers’ needs and are communicative and persuasive.
  • You are comfortable working independently and enjoy contributing actively to team projects.
  • You have very good German skills and good English skills.
