About the role

  • You prepare quotations and process insurance applications in the non-life lines of business.
  • You provide professional support and guidance to our insurance brokers and broker supervisors.
  • You have direct contact with brokers and customers by telephone.
  • You manage policy administration, renewals and the handling of policy restructurings/rehabilitations.
  • You take on tasks in premium accounting and correspondence.
  • You assist in drafting cooperation agreements and perform administrative and marketing duties.
  • You actively contribute to projects.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in the insurance sector and VBV; a Swiss federal professional certificate (eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German.
  • French and English are an advantage.
  • You work independently, are flexible and are both sales- and customer-oriented.
  • Good manners and the ability to work in a team are important.
  • You maintain a structured approach to work even in challenging situations.
